Angela Allmon

As the Transition Program Manager for Warriors Ethos, Angela has over 29 years of Active, Guard, and Reserve military, civilian, and government contractor experience in counseling services, organizational leadership, program and management analysis, human capital management, administration, and transition services and delivery. She provides vital life skills counseling, career coaching, and humanitarian support needed to facilitate employment opportunities, career placement, vocational rehabilitation, and a myriad of social services for transitioning military service members, their family members, and military veterans.

Angela assists our members and their families transitioning to ‘civilian life’ with career planning; education and workforce development; occupational discernment and alignment; information sharing through instructional and training opportunities; employment marketing coaching and development; and mental health and social service referral.

In addition to her work with Warriors Ethos, Angela is a Clinical Mental Health Therapist for Sandstone Care, leading individual and group therapy sessions, helping clients navigate their mental health and dual-diagnosis challenges, implementing evidence-based treatment plans, and empowering clients to achieve their recovery goals. Prior to joining Warriors Ethos, she served as a contractor in Germany providing Veterans Affairs services to overseas veterans, their spouses, and service members preparing to transition from service and is considered an expert in the delivery of VA benefits.

Angela has a master’s degree from Waldon University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, a master’s degree from Argosy University in Organizational Leadership and Management (Magna Cum Laude), and a bachelor’s degree from St. Leo University in Criminal Justice-Critical Incident.
