John A. Farrell III

John A. Farrell III, has diverse and extensive work experience spanning several years. John currently serves as Executive Director, Warriors Ethos and has been in this position since March 19, 2024.

Prior to this role he served as the Chief Operating Officer at the Air Force Aid Society (the official charity of the United States Air Force and United States Space Force). 

Before joining the Air Force Aid Society, John worked at KSJ & Associates, Inc. as the Director of Recruiting & Human Resources from January 2012 to January 2016. In this position, he served as an executive advisor and strategic business partner, working closely with the senior leadership team to develop and execute HR programs and processes for a nationally based federal contractor.

Previously, John held the position of Director of Human Resources at ClearPoint Credit Counseling Solutions. and as Senior Human Resources Manager at Altria (Philip Morris USA) overseeing HR programs and processes for three client groups with over 2500 employees.

John served in the United States Air Force for 26 years, retiring as a Chief Master Sergeant (E-9) where he held various senior management positions within the Air Force, including Senior Human Resources Manager, Inspector General team member, and Chief/First Sergeant of the 317th Recruiting Squadron.

John holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Technology from Southern Illinois University. In addition to his academic qualifications, he received his certification as a Master Instructor from the United States Air Force.
